great location but limited storage

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Old San Juan. The bed in my room was comfortable, and the shower provided a refreshing experience.

There was no place to really store your clothes or bag.

The hotel was set in a central area close enough to a beach nearby, Close to restaurants, and most things in Old San Juan. The staff were SUPPER FRIENDLY and very pleasant all the time. Everything met standards, I will come back.

Central location back to the square.

This place suits me perfectly, with great wi-fi, laundry facilities, and a shared kitchen. The staff even helped find my lost ring during my first stay! I highly recommend it for a cozy escape. Coming back for more romance!

Excellent location. Very good facilities. Air conditioning working very good and good room conditions.

Reception staff was varied. Some are excellent and others with regular service. The room did not have a good wifi signal throughout the room, and although it was possible to connect it was not at the same speed as for example the access door to the room or main corridors.

Fairly clean hotel, fabulous room, very, very nice staff. Marvellous location on the beach or by the airport, and 10 minute walk from a Roman Catholic church. Based right by the cruise port as well as Close to main attractions. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

The location in Old San Juan was perfect for exploring, and the spacious room with a lovely balcony made the trip enjoyable. The shower struggled to maintain consistent hot water, and the bathroom was quite narrow, which was a bit inconvenient.

Quaint hotel, it deserves its 4 stars. I liked the stuff, they are efficient and exceptional. Every time in San Juan, I choose this place.

We had a cozy stay with a spacious bathroom, comfy beds, and great air conditioning. Our room was a bit smaller than expected from the photos, but still enjoyable! Would definitely return!

The hotel has a central location to the neighborhood.

The location was spot on, and we visited El Morro and La Fortaleza, both just a short walk away. The staff was super friendly and helped us feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean. I definitely recommend checking it out!

Perfect spot for families

The kitchen down stairs was stocked with everything we needed, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, even a toaster and ice maker! Our kids loved having that extra space to hang out when we weren't all together in the room.

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable.
